The 8th semester students of Electrical & Electronics Engineering students visited the 400/220/132 kV Mirza Substation of Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Ltd. (AEGCL) on 21st Feb 2018. The purpose of the industrial visit was to narrow down the gap between industry and academia and to expose the students to the ongoing practices of electricity sector at industrial level. The students were accompanied by faculties of the dept.- Prof. Shakuntala Laskar and Asst. Prof. Mr. Biswajit Sengupta.
